OUR INCREDIBLE BEERS & WINES

Sauk-Prairie Grill now offers a unique selection of beer on tap, bottled beer, and wines to enhance your dining experience with us.

We serve a great variety of delicious cold bottled beers available from Wisconsin’s favorite Microbreweries, specially chosen by our Chef Jeff.  Our goal was to offer our clientele some of Wisconsin’s most beloved and most popular Micro-brewed bottled beers - always served ice-cold.  Our selection of micro-brewed bottled beers include: Good Old Potosi’s “Golden Ale”;  Central Water’s “Mudpuppy Porter”; Goose Island's 312 - “Light Wheat”; Ale Asylum’s “Hopalicious” Pale Ale; and finally, two selections from One Barrel Brewing Company in Madison — “The Commuter”, Grolsch Style Ale and their “Penguin Pale Ale”.  All are unique, local, hand-crafted and delicious.

We also offer four different ice-cold draft beers. We have developed partnerships with both Capital Brewery and New Glarus Brewery. From Capital Brewery, we offer “Capital Amber” and a specially designed beer crafted just for us — called “Sauk-Prairie Grill Lager”. From New Glarus Brewery, we offer their beloved “Spotted Cow” — which has won over 11 awards since first introduced in 2002. We also offer on tap — an American Classic — Miller Lite.

Sauk-Prairie Grills offers selection of the most popular and most delicious domestic and imported beers.  Our domestic beers include Busch Light, Bud Light and one of our locals' favorites — Leinenkugal’s "Summer Shandy."

Our imported bottled beers including; Stella Artois, Heineken, Dos Equis, and Modelo Especial. As for non-alcoholic beers, we offer both O'Doul's and Belfast Ginger Ale. 

In addition to our fabulous beer selection, we also offer several of the most popular bottled wines for our customers' enjoyment, including both Sutter Home "Chardonnay" and Sutter Home "White Zinfandel".  We are also proud to offer these two wonderful wines produced and distilled right here in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin, from Wollersheim Winery and Distillery — Wollersheim’s "White Riesling" and their other most popular white wine, Wollersheim’s "Prairie Fumé."

In addition to our bottled wines, we also offer wine by the glass.  We currently offer three different varieties:  Reunite Winery’s Lambrusco “Emilia” Red Wine from Italy and  “Cuvée Brut” Sparkling White Wine from Kenwood Vineyards located in Sonoma Country, California.
