Our traditional Wisconsin Friday Fish Fry consists of cod, which is offered beer-battered, baked, or breaded. We have just introduced Lake Perch as a new staple of our fish fry menu. In addition, we offer scallops, salmon, walleye, and shrimp; all offered in a variety of preparations.
