At Sauk-Prairie Grill, one of our newest and most popular menu items are our authentic Neapolitan Brick-Oven Pizzas. All of this begins with our homemade pizza crusts, delicious sauces and fresh, local ingredients. We then place the pizzas in our state-of-the-art Marsal convection brick pizza oven, which enables us to cook up to 12 pies at once. Brick-Oven pizzas are so delicious because they are cooked at such high-temperatures — making our olive oil and garlic crust crispy, savory and unforgettable.
Our signature sauces are made in-house and the fresh toppings are prepared daily. In addition to our featured selections, guests can also build their own custom pizza. In the near future, we will be rolling out calzone and stromboli.
